When someone calls the Help Desk requesting support with PyraMED we need to verify that the remote desktop client is working. If it is, then we need to direct them to Pyramed's support (which Health Services should have the information for).

PyraMED has a remote service to install the software. This can be accessed with the server address and using Remote Desktop on the Bethel owned computer.
