• User is unable to get into Adirondack

Cause

• adirondack.bethel.edu is inaccessible to Bethel users who are not currently a student

Resolution

• Only students are allowed to access Adirondack Self-Service, which is used for management of housing and meal plans. 
• If the user needs to access the Adirondack admin interface (they should know if they have permission to do this) direct them to https://adirondack.bethel.edu/admin
