Conditions of Employment
All new employees of Bethel University are required to report to the Office of People and Culture within the first three days of work to provide verification of their legal entitlement to work in the United States as required by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. New employees who have not provided proof of employment eligibility within the time frame required by law will not be allowed to work until this requirement is fulfilled.
