Notification of Non-Reappointment

When the institution does not plan to reappoint an annually-appointed full-time instructor for the subsequent year, the following deadlines for written notification shall be observed:

• Not later than March 1 of the first academic year of service
• Not later than December 15 of the second or later academic year of service
