Anderson Center Vendor Jira Access
Introduction to Article
This article provides how Anderson Center occupants, not within the Bethel organization, get access to submit facilities management work requests.
Link for Signing up and Logging in
This is the link to be used to sign up and log in to the system.

- Once you have navigated to the website using the link above, you will come to a log in screen as shown below. You will select the option to Sign up for an account.
2. The next page will let you put in an email. We would recommend using your business email associated with the company occupying Anderson Center.
3. The next screen will show that an email has been sent to you.
4. The email in your business account will look similar to the image below. You will select the Sign Up button.
Things to Note
The email can take up to 5-10 minutes to be received. It will come from Jira@bethel.edu and we would recommend checking the spam folder of your email if not received after 10 minutes.
5. The webpage to open after selecting the link will have an option to put in your Full Name which will show for Facilities Management when submitting a work request. This page will also have you set your Password.
6. After setting those two piece of information, you will automatically be logged in. Your username will always be the email you have signed up with.
Password Not Working
If for any reason you forget your password, or it stops functioning, please contact the Help Desk at 651-638-6500 or helpdesk@bethel.edu. An admin for Jira will reset your password.
