If an error occurs while playing a video that resembles ({"type"."mediaERROR"."fragParsingError","fatal".true}), follow these steps:

Films on demand suggesties the following work around until the issue is resolved:
You should change the "Quality Settings" on the video to "Auto."
1) If you're at the error screen, refresh your browser
2 When you get the refreshed page look for the gear symbol at the bottom of the video window.
3) Click on the gear then click on Auto. The choice will disappear.
4) now click the Play arrow and the video should play now.

It seems from Films on Demand's response that this error happens periodically on their offerings.
